Paul D’Angelo

I started D’Angelo Legal in 2007 solely to offer clients personalised service with someone whom they like, trust and can talk to. Today we have grown to a full-service law firm ensuring that we remain approachable at all times while providing cost-effective legal services to SME businesses and Mums and Dads.

As a well-established firm, we value the relationship with our clients and have ensured that our team consists of like-minded individuals who value the client relationship and recognise their needs are paramount and not transactional. Today our team culture ensures that we strive to help clients resolve their legal problems.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, boating, fishing and Kung Fu.

Kealeigh Barker

I have had the pleasure of working at D’Angelo Legal since I started as a Law Clerk in 2008, when we were just a small firm of 2. Today, I am a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of WA and the High Court of Australia. We are now a full service firm with an amazing, collaborative team. Being involved with the expansion has been exciting, while also creating my own personal and professional networks, which has been one of the best parts of my role.  I am passionate about the firm and its direction and by being given the opportunity to network and create lasting relationships with clients and referral partners, I am able to create trust in our ability to provide great advice and service.

I am the Head of Practice in General Commercial and this diverse area of practice encompasses a wide variety of matters; including business matters, wills and estates, property and business conveyancing and all related matters such as contract drafting and reviews.  My practice areas all relate to each other, which allows me to be the primary solicitor for most matters for my clients.  As we are a collaborative law firm, I also assist other divisions with their drafting and advice. I have had exposure to most practice areas that our clients require at D’Angelo Legal. I love to learn and the variety of the work I do, which is why I have stayed at D’Angelo Legal for so long.  It also helps that we are like a family and I truly enjoy coming to work each day.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my two young children and travelling.  We like to camp and caravan, as well as hike and head to the beach, and when I get to enjoy some child-free time I enjoy a nice glass of wine and head out with friends.  I believe I have a great work / life balance which makes me a better mum and a better lawyer.
